What is the Lumify Marketplace?

The Lumify Marketplace is the most holistic marketplace for healthcare workers. We’ve aggregated the entire healthcare professional ecosystem into a single platform.

What is the benefit of purchasing through the Lumify Marketplace?

Easily shop multiple brands in one place, and check out items from across our marketplace in one, streamlined checkout process. Additionally, you’ll earn reward points every time you shop, which you can collect to save big on future purchases.

How do you choose what is on the Marketplace?

Lumify’s founding team of nurses, along with healthcare champions across the country work to vet, test, and approve the products, resources, and brands on the Marketplace. Additionally, over 50% of the brands on the Lumify Marketplace are founded by healthcare professionals themselves!

How many brand vendors are there?

There are 50 brands on our marketplace, and this list grows weekly! We hand-pick all of the brands on our marketplace to ensure they offer high-quality products and align with Lumify’s values.

Employers

What is Lumify Employer Access?

Lumify Employer Access allows organizations to white-label our marketplace to provide the essential gear and resources healthcare workers need to excel. These products and services include scrubs, sneakers, gadgets, continuing education, wellness courses, fitness classes, healthy foods, financial coaching, career advancement courses, professional organizations, and more.

How does Lumify Employer Access differ from the Lumify public marketplace?

Lumify Employer Access is funded by healthcare systems, travel nurse agencies, and membership-based organizations to support and retain clinicians. Lumify Employer Access gives healthcare workers the essential support they need without paying out-of-pocket. The Lumify website offers à la carte purchasing only.

My organization wants to include branded merchandise on your marketplace. Is this possible?

Yes, we can facilitate this. Our team will handle the sourcing and production of your merchandise and the shipping and customer support.

Brands

Can my company apply to be a Brand Partner?

I’m an individual interested in selling a product on the Lumify Marketplace. Can I apply to be a seller?

Absolutely. Please fill out this interest form and our team will reach out.

Can I launch digital products on the Lumify Marketplace?

Yes, our marketplace includes digital report sheets, resume templates, study guides, and more.

How do I manage products, inventory, orders, and fulfillment?

Manage all of this and more on the Lumify Brand Admin Portal. Your brand is responsible for fulfilling all orders.

Orders

How long does it take for an order to process?

It takes us 1–2 business days to process your order and start the fulfillment process. Fulfillment takes less than 10 business days after processing.

How does fulfillment work for Brand Partner orders?

Your order will be fulfilled by each brand partner individually. Meaning, you will receive a separate package for each brand you order from. Some items may take longer to ship than others, but you’ll receive updates along the way.

What if I order Lumify branded products and Brand Partner items?

The Brand Partner products will ship separately. Lumify branded products will ship from our warehouse, and Brand Partners will ship to you directly.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States takes 5–9 business days. For Canadian orders, shipping can take up to 7–14 business days and on occasion require additional customs fees. All shipping times depend on volume and are subject to delays outside of Lumify’s control

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to the United States and Canada currently.

What carrier is used for shipping?

We work to get your package to you quickly, and packages shipped by Lumify are carried via UPS or USPS/Canada Post.

What if my package is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Please reach out to us at contact@lumifycare.com so we can support you. Make sure to include your order number and we’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer Express shipping options?

Currently, we do not offer express shipping options on our marketplace; however, if you have unique circumstances, feel free to reach out to our team at contact@lumifycare.com and we can try our best to help!

Returns

What is your return policy?

We’re happy to work with you on a resolution for manufacturing defects, malfunctioning or damaged items. At this time, we are unable to offer full returns for Lumify brand products. If you need support with a malfunctioning or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at contact@lumifycare.com.

Broken/Manufactured Defects

We value quality at Lumify, so if you believe your product may be broken or malfunctioning, please reach out to our support team at contact@lumifycare.com so we can help.

What is the return policy for Brand Partner items?

Brand Partner items are subject to the brand’s return policy. Please check product listings for specifics.
